WildHearts create global social change.

Business can and must be a force for good. This is a conviction we share with global business leaders, international brands and our wider society.

Profits from the WildHearts companies enable us to address economic injustice in an efficient and credible way.

We believe in the creativity and resilience of humanity. All of our social initiatives invest in exactly that – from struggling female entrepreneurs in Malawi to young people affected by social immobility in the UK. By empowering people we help level the playing field. We are in the business of giving a hand up, not a handout.

StartHer Strategy

Gender inequality is a serious global issue. To address it we must empower women throughout their lives. The WildHearts ‘StartHer’ Strategy supports women and girls in the developing world through three initiatives: Enterprise, Education and Health. First, we financially empower women by giving them access to finance and enterprise training. Our education project then ensures children have access to essential tools for learning. Finally, our health program provides girls with basic menstrual health products and education – ensuring once they’re in school, they stay there.

Social Mobility Strategy

WildHearts is committed to addressing social mobility in the UK. Through Micro-Tyco, our multi award-winning enterprise programme, we educate and raise the aspirations of young people in the UK by providing free entrepreneurial training and events. As a result, we help young people from poorer backgrounds into employment. To date over 45,000 young people have benefited.

Where we work

To date, WildHearts has delivered entrepreneurial education free in five countries and microfinance in over forty developing countries.

WildHearts manufactures and supplies reusable sanitary pads and a menstrual health education programme for adolescent school girls in rural South Africa. Through this initiative, we also create employment opportunities for women who would otherwise be excluded from the labour force.

We also deliver school starter packs to poor children in Malawi.
