In response to the recent challenges facing our global workforce, inspiring and developing our people has never been more important. As a result, we have translated our Multi-Award-Winning training and development programme, Micro-Tyco Innovate, into a remote-working, collaborative online programme. The enhanced programme is even more inclusive for all learners, requiring teams to draw on their individual strengths whilst developing new skills, to build their Responsible Business innovation.

WildHearts companies create global social change. At the ‘Talent For Good’ Lunch, you will learn how our corporate partners such as Nestlé, Barclays and Sopra Steria are using Micro-Tyco, to attract, retain and develop talent – remotely.

The event will feature:

• An overview of how Micro-Tyco has expanded into 25 countries with over 45,000 people having taken part to date.
• Insight into how companies are using Micro-Tyco to stimulate leadership, innovation and resourcefulness, whilst simultaneously using the UN Sustainable Development Goals to create global social impact.
• An introduction to WildHearts’ local & global social impact and the part Micro-Tyco has played in transforming over 1,000,000 lives globally.
• A question and answer and discussion session with like-minded peers.
